Hi everyone! We are Alex and Alberto, owners and managers of the family residence: Residence Marzia.

Our Residence is a structure designed above all for families, thanks also to the awareness of having created familiar, friendly environments and the constant presence of us owners.

We will be your point of reference for any doubts or special requests: from arrival to departure.
We will accompany you from the request for information to the booking confirmation; during your stay, however, we will always be available for advice, any problems/emergencies and to have a chat!

The beach is only 50 meters away. The Gilberto 125 Affiliated Baths they offer entertainment and games for adults and children, but without forgetting our 4-legged friends.

 Included in the price, you can use our bikes with child seats.

You have parking available inside the property while spaces are available.
Alternatively, we have an affiliated rest area a few meters from the structure. ➡️See Map

For a bit of shopping, you will find plenty of shops on the seafront.
Alternatively, just a few minutes from us you can reach Viale Ceccarini in Riccione or Marina Centro/historic center of Rimini!
