Residence with no architectural barriers, suitable for disabled people or people with limited mobility

The Residence Marzia is a structure completely free of architectural barriers: N. 2 two-room apartments Comfort on the first and second floor (about 45 square meters) located on the 1st and 2nd floor easily accessible.
They can host from a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6 people.
The apartments consist of a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a floor shower, a double bedroom with the possibility of using the sofa as a single bed or bunk bed and two balconies with a back / courtyard view.

The bathrooms of the two apartments are sufficiently large and new, to facilitate travel and ensure a peaceful stay.

Access to the structure does not present obstacles; through a small ramp you can access the Hall. Finally, from the latter, you reach the accessible lift that serves all floors, from which you reach the entrances of the apartments.

➡️ You read that right, there is an elevator!
Thanks to it it is possible to comfortably reach all floors; it is also required by law to transport people with wheelchairs or reduced mobility.

The equipped beach (Bathing establishment n. 125 Gilberto) is only 50 meters from the Residence and is accessible and barrier-free.

Comfort Apartment (suitable for Disabled)

The Bilocale Comfort (apartment also for the disabled) is characterized by a larger size and greater comfort; it consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom with the possibility of using the sofa as a single bed or bunk bed and two balconies with a view of the back / courtyard side.

The kitchen with kitchenette is equipped with cutlery and crockery, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and ceramic hob; in the living area and in the sleeping area instead, you will find a 28 "HD Ready Samsung TV - 28" Led

  • Air conditioning / independent heating (living room and bedroom);

  • Digital safe;
  • Cooking utensils: plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, mocha for coffee and all that is needed for cooking. And if something is missing, all you have to do is ask;

Final Cleaning:

  • Final cleaning is already included in the price of the stay

Midweek Cleaning:

  • Residence Marzia offers its customers qualified staff for midweek cleaning of each apartment for a fee (on request)

Extra paid services:

  • Change of linen: € 5.00 per person for towels (shower towel, face towel and bidet); €10.00 for sheets (for double bed); €5.00 for sheets (for single bed)
  • Laundry: Residence Marzia offers a paid laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine (€ 4.00) and dryer (€ 3.00), which customers can easily reach
Among the common services we mention the hall with sofas and lift, TV room with a small library, vending machines for coffee, drinks and snacks, the coin-operated laundry with washing machine and dryer, the guarded parking subject to availability (alternatively we have an agreement with a rest area just a few meters away), the wi-fi connection and the agreements with the beach (establishment no. 125 Gilberto) and with the restaurants of Rivazzurra.
At the property you can use the bicycles for free or enjoy a cycling experience thanks to organized tours.

The proximity to the sea, amusement parks and major tourist resorts in Romagna, together with the quality of services, make this property an ideal solution for families with children.

Terms and conditions

All prices are per apartment per day and quantified based on the number of people

BOOKING CONDITIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY
DIRECT RESERVATION:
  • The booking can be confirmed either by paying a confirmation deposit or by providing a credit card as a guarantee when accepting the quotation.
  • If the booking is confirmed with a deposit, the amount paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. However, it may be used towards a future stay, subject to availability and the rates applicable to the new dates.
  • For bookings guaranteed by credit card, cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
  • For stays during June, July and August, cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
  • In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the cancellation fee specified in the quotation will be charged.
TOURIST TAX
From 01/01/2019 it is € 2.00 euro for people over 14 years (You pay for a maximum of 7 days)
FROM 01/01/2024 it is equal to €2.50 per person

Obviously it is to be reported to the management at the time of booking. A final cleaning fee may be required.

OTHER INFORMATION
  1. In case of late arrival or early departure the customer is required to immediately notify Residence Marzia, in this case there are no reductions or refunds
  2. The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at check-in by cash, credit / debit card, or debit card
  3. The arrival of more people than booked (even if children) is not allowed
