The Residence was born from the ashes of the old pension called "Albergo Rosarina"; in 2006 our parents purchased the property, with the aim of creating a modern and functional structure.

In 2008 they undertook a complete renovation of the property with the consequent transformation from a hotel into a residence; subsequently, our father "Silvano" decided to name the structure after his wife (our mother): MARZIA.

To date, Residence Marzia is a modern structure that is in step with the times, also thanks to the various maintenance works that we carry out every year at the end of the season. Relaxing environments with a perfect level of soundproofing will allow you to sleep peacefully and find your own space and rhythm for the holiday you deserve.

The apartments of various sizes, all with balconies, are furnished in a simple but functional way, in order to combine the comforts you have at home, with the services of a hotel.

The structure is ideal not only for families, but also for groups of friends and couples on holiday: choosing a holiday at Marzia is an excellent choice to visit and get to know Rimini with its historical-naturalistic heritage and to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach! (affiliated beach 125)
Its position directly on the seafront of Rivazzurra di Rimini (50 meters from the sea), privileges access to restaurants (with some of which have an agreement), coop, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, pubs and anything else it can serve without the use of your car.

We certainly do not forget the little four-legged friends; at the Residence Marzia in Rimini even pets are welcome.
