All prices are per apartment per day and quantified based on the number of people
BOOKING CONDITIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY DIRECT RESERVATION:
- Upon acceptance of the hotel offer, the payment of a confirmatory deposit is required
- In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit will be retained
- Reservation can be canceled up to 5 days before arrival WITHOUT PENALTY with the exception of the months of June, July and August: Reservation can be canceled up to 15 days before arrival WITHOUT PENALTY.
TOURIST TAX From 01/01/2019 it is € 2.00 euro for people over 14 years (You pay for a maximum of 7 days) FROM 01/01/2024 it is equal to €2.50 per person

Your friends with the queue are welcome, who can relax on our balconies of various sizes (from 8 to 13 square meters) and access the affiliated beach 125.
Obviously it is to be reported to the management at the time of booking. A final cleaning fee may be required.
OTHER INFORMATION
In case of late arrival or early departure the customer is required to immediately notify Residence Marzia, in this case there are no reductions or refunds
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at check-in by cash, credit / debit card, or debit card
The arrival of more people than booked (even if children) is not allowed
