Finally, after a long time thinking about creating our blog, we really did it!
Clearly there is still a lot to do, but we are already very happy to have opened this space on the web where we can share our and your experiences, tell various details of our structure and everything around us!
Because you know it too, in Rimini there are many things that can be done and many times it is not told in the most correct way.
This is why we have decided to open our personal space to tell you about it and make you curious to discover our land: Romagna. [see article]
We will not begin in this first article to talk about a specific topic (we have time to do it), but we will limit ourselves to telling you about us, how our adventure at Residence Marzia was born.
The Residence was born from the ashes of the old pension called "Albergo Rosarina"; in fact, in 2006, our parents decided to buy the property, with the aim of creating a modern and functional structure.
The internal and external renovation works, which began in 2008 and ended about six months later, represented a resizing of the spaces and environments with the subsequent change of destination from hotel to residence.
The choice was to reduce the major expenses that a hotel management can involve, with the creation of apartments of various sizes, furnished in a simple but functional way, in order to combine the comforts of a home with the services of a hotel. .
The choice of the name was very simple to choose: Marzia is the name of my mother, a dedication of love we can say, that of my father Silvano, who decided to dedicate the structure to her, then considered one of the most modern in the area.
The Residence Marzia therefore opens its doors in 2008; the management until 2017 was given to a hotelier in the area, as at the moment we could not dedicate ourselves to this activity.
In January 2017, however, after various consultations with the family, Alberto and I, together with my parents, decided to take over the residence from the tenant to begin a new experience.
Today the Residence Marzia is a splendid reality; in these four years we have grown a lot, both from a professional and a human point of view.
Thanks to it, we have decided to invest and expand with the aim of expanding and improving our offer.
In fact, in January 2021, the family expanded, a new company was born, right in front of the residence: the PrimRose Hotel.
With an investment plan in the planning stage, we will build a technological and cutting-edge structure ... but that's another story. [see article]
