1. BOOK EARLY IN ADVANCE
Book and choose one of our apartments by the sea in Rivazzurra di Rimini well in advance: it means ensuring you have a truly happy family holiday!



2. BOOK WITH SERENITY
Book well in advance and without worries, choosing the BeSafe Rate rate, travel insurance for you and your family at no additional cost, which reimburses you up to 100% of the prepaid amount and provides customer support that helps you will follow in all phases of the stay until check out.


3. BREAKFAST UNTIL 11AM
It is one of the absolute novelties of this new season: Add the Bed and Breakfast plan to your quote and you can treat yourself to a rich buffet to delight your palate! Breakfast is served every morning from 7.30 to 11 at the Primrose Hotel, also owned by us and right in front of the Residence Marzia.

Homemade cakes, biscuits and brioches, fresh and dried fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, juices, freshly squeezed juices and centrifuges.
A small selection of vegan and lactose-free products will also be guaranteed to all our customers with particular needs or intolerances.

Breakfast is one of the most beautiful moments, especially on holiday: here you can have it calmly!


4. YOUR PARKING
Finding free parking is almost always difficult in a seaside resort, but by staying at Residence Marzia you can enjoy a relaxed and worry-free holiday.

PARKING 1 (private and uncovered): Inside the property with surveillance camera. Recommended for those who don't park their car and don't use it again until they leave!

PARKING 2 (rest area, uncovered, 250 meters from the residence): You have the possibility to take the car as many times as you want!


5. ONE MORE DAY ON THE BEACH
Very often returning from holidays can cause stress, anxiety and depression, the so-called "return syndrome".

For this reason, those who have to travel and perhaps want to wait for the moment when they will find less traffic, or those who want to use our services after the checkout time or for those who have a plane in the late afternoon/evening, we give the possibility of enjoy another day on the beach and use a courtesy room at the Primrose Hotel, consisting of a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower cubicle.

The reservation (subject to availability) can also be organized during your stay at an additional cost.

6. ALWAYS AT YOUR DISPOSAL
With the Residence formula, you are free from the rigid timetables typical of hotel accommodation. Enjoy all your time to rest on the beach but also to discover Rimini and Romagna.

On the first day you may decide to relax on the beach. The second day to stay out all day to visit Aquafan or the other theme parks, take a boat trip or discover our wonderful hinterland. The following days? Participate in fantastic bike tours while admiring the panoramic views of the sea.. It's always you who decides!


7. WHERE TO EAT (our recommendations)
A short distance from the Residence, you can find a wide choice of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and piadinerias that will be happy to welcome you.

But if you want to taste some local and particular products, don't hesitate to ask us, we will reveal our corners of paradise to you: We are waiting for you at the Reception!
